We do not operate as a hazardous waste carrier and are unable to accept the following items:
• Paint
• Chemicals
• Any type of solvents
• Asbestos
• Oil tanks or oil drums
• Radioactive materials
• Volatile substances
• Highly flammable liquids or materials
• Explosives
• Biomedical waste
• Infectious waste
• Toxic or hazardous materials
• Any liquids of any kind.
Additional charges apply for exceeding the weight allowance. Contact us if you’re unsure about your waste weight.
We can offer you load guidelines ahead of time. Each dumpster comes with a specific weight limit. Our customer service representatives are available to discuss these limits with you if needed. Should your load surpass the container’s capacity, additional charges will apply for the excess weight. Furthermore, you may need to take out some items from the dumpster, as we cannot haul any items that pose a safety risk during transport.
Absolutely, lightweight materials like wood or insulation can be placed in the container without any concerns about exceeding weight limits. When using containers for disposing of concrete, gravel, or similar fill materials, it is advisable to load only around 10-12 yards of such materials to ensure safe and legal transport. Under no circumstances should the dumpster be filled beyond the top rim.
It’s advisable to consult your local municipality or homeowners’ association (HOA) to ensure compliance. Any placements, such as driveways, streets, or alleys, may necessitate obtaining a permit from your local authority or HOA. If you’re uncertain, we strongly suggest verifying this with the appropriate authorizing agent.
No, you are not allowed to move our dumpster container because you do not own it. For safety and liability reasons, you can only load your items into the dumpster. If you need one of our dumpsters relocated, please call us, and we will do our best to assist you with special requests. Moving the dumpster on your own may lead to extra charges.
No, your presence is not required for us to deliver or pick up the dumpster, provided you give clear instructions on its placement. To ensure a seamless process, please make sure the drop-off area is accessible and free of any obstacles.
Just give us a call to consult with an expert and place your order, or you can reserve your dumpster online. Our experienced driver will deliver it on the date you selected and will send you a text notification when they are en route. Once you’ve completed your project, let us know to schedule your pickup, and we will collect the dumpster as quickly as we can. We take pride in our customer service and transparent communication; if there are any changes to the schedule, we will inform you promptly.
Additional fees may include sales tax, charges for excess weight or extra days, fees for prohibited materials, overloading, and costs related to dumpster damage or cleaning. To prevent any extra charges, we suggest maintaining clear communication about the time frame, type of materials, and quantity of materials on your part.
The majority of our loads will go to Frank Road Recycling to be landfilled. When requested or required loads can be sorted for recycling purposes. Frank Road Recycling is an approved LEED Program Facility.
